LUNA-THE BRIGHTEST MOON

When I first saw Luna on the corner, close to my hotel, she bore the usual, deep, familiar sadness most street dogs have in their eyes- but there was something more about her. Her deep-set eyes, her fuzzy mohawk, her kindness I instantly recognized. I would like to believe she is Charlie's daughter for she lived in the same neighborhood Charlie used to call his home.
